Radio campaign to stop British women joining ISIL
July 15, London: Anti-terror authorities in UK have launched a radio campaign aiming to stop young British girls and women to join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group in the Middle East.
Authorities have decided to start the campaign after the high-profile case of three UK schoolgirls, who were caught on camera in February before they disappeared on their way to join ISIL in Syria. They were among 43 girls and women who travelled to Syria over the past year.
