Libya: Nearly 30 people killed, several others wounded in explosions
Feb 20, Benghazi:Approximately 30 people and several others were injured after a car bomb struck Libya‘s eastern town of Qubba, according to initial reports.
According to a Libyan army spokesman, Mohammed Hegazi, told reporters that the car bomb had exploded next to a gas station in the eastern town of Qubba where motorists had lined up to fill their tanks on Friday.
He further added that no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. However, he went on to state that the attack was probably caused by Islamic militants who have battled the army for months in and around the eastern city of Benghazi.
