Iran`s nuclear agreement with the west will ‘threaten Israel’s existence’: Israel PM

April 3, Washington: The White House said to ABC news US president Barack Obama called Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu to talk about the agreement reached with Iran to limit its nuclear program, saying it represented significant progress toward an enduring solution that cuts off all Iran’s pathways to an nuclear  weapon.

Mr. Netanyahu while taking to media after the conversation “A deal that is based on this framework will threaten Israel‘s existence … The alternative is to stand firmly and increase pressure on Iran until a better deal is reached” Abc news reported.

The main outlines agreed after eight days of talks in Swiss city of Lausanne now have to be finalized in a highly complex agreement by June 30. The framework agreement marked a major breakthrough in a 12-year standoff between Iran and the West. Iran and six World powers have agreed on the framework of a potentially historic deal aimed at curbing Tehran’s nuclear drive, but Israel warned that any binding future pact would threaten its survival.                                The Oslo Times
