20 foreigners deported from China

July 19, Beijing: Twenty foreigners have been deported from China for watching unspecified documentary and video clips that advocated terrorism. The deported included British, South African and Indian nationals.

The police had stopped the 10 South Africans, 9 Britons and one Indian on July 10 as they were about to board for their next stop on a 47-day tour of the country.

Nine of them were deported on Saturday and 11 on Wednesday.
